Year 6
Year 6 is a stimulating year for students with a wide variety of opportunities on offer to broaden your child's experience at school. Some of them include:

- Year 6 Fundraising
- Leadership opportunities
- PSSA
- Competitions both sporting and academic
- Performances and special events
The Stage 3 team work together with local high schools to assist our Year 6 students in the transition to high school.
Preparing for high school.
As a grade, we work very closely with all available resources to ensure that the transition to high school is as smooth as possible for your child.
Throughout the year, students are prepared for high school both mentally and emotionally through the teaching and learning cycles of all Key Learning Areas. Students are taught skills of time management, responsibility and organisation of extra tasks through the use of a diary and mock high school week in Term 4. Transition days to local high schools are also on offer.
